As former Commander of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Seattle District, he successfully managed complex construction projects and strategic operations throughout his career. A proud graduate of the United States Military Academy and holder of a Master’s in Civil Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, Xander infuses every project with the discipline, precision, and problem-solving approach that defined his military service.
